I’ve been using this Frida item for awhile the company is so kind and helpful if I have trouble they address it very fast. The nose Frida has been such a huge help clearing mucus from my little man’s nose and even if he’s stuff and overwhelmed and crying when I turn on the light function he calms a little and I just make it a game and make airplane noises as I slowly put the Frida in his nostril and he laughs. It clear the mucus so good and it really brings me peace of mind because I can hear he’s breathing better. Thank you Frida Baby!

This is the 2nd one we bought and the both just stop working, fully charged no suction no noise nothing. only used a handful of times
