No suction

This worked great the first time we used it, after that it no longer has any suction. We got a new one and same thing, it charges, the distraction lights work but no suction. It got cleaned carefully and thoroughly after each use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This design is SO MUCH BETTER than the previous design. My kiddo’s snot isn’t constantly leaking out of the back, the suction is MUCH stronger, resulting in quicker and more efficient snot removal and less kicking and screaming. 10/10 would recommend.

This is our second nose Frida electric and we love it so much. Our first one broke, But getting in contact with the team and going over our options and troubleshooting, we were able to get a replacement and the newer model is so incredible. I would have purchased it anyways! This is our lifesaver for every cold and sickness. This is a brand that loves families!

Did not love our previous unit's design. When it eventually failed (motor wasn't even running) we were sent a new redesigned unit. The first time we turned it on, we were amazed with the strength and the umbrella design seems so much smarter than the previous version.
