The worst product

After its first use, they do not charge again it is a complete waste of money, I have bought 3 of these and with all of them it happened to me the same! They work well the first time, after saving and wanting to use them again they didn't work again because they didn't charge!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Doesn’t suck as well now…

Worked really well, but when cleaning it and sanitizing the parts the clear plastic part melted and now it doesn’t suck unless I tape around the connection. Curious if Frida has replacement parts for this?

So much better than the first model !!! The first one stopped working because snot got into the body of the machine. This one has a stopper to prevent that. And let’s talk about the suction. It’s so good. The first one was lacking and I almost didn’t buy this one because I figured it would be the same. But I’m super happy with the new model !

Love the product. Hate the case.

Love the product but hate the case. We have three other electric Frida products that use the same size or smaller case but this one uses a weirdly big case that doesn’t close (maybe their tooling is wearing out). As a result we lose parts for it constantly. I think the inner clear tube that goes in this snot container went missing months ago because everything just fits loosely in the box and the lid doesn’t seal properly. Case could probably be 30% smaller with just a tiny bit more mechanical engineering effort.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
