The newest model is amazing! After our last model broke Frida was so helpful and replaced it. No issues with the new one. The power is much stronger and it’s easier to clean! Every parent needs one of these!

Don’t waste your money!

I bought 2…. One lasted a year and then made a high pitched sound and stopped sucking. Bought another one and right out of the box, I fully charged it and the high pitched sound with no sucking. I contacted the company for support and there was no response or help. Very disappointing.

Be careful using this!

I have used this everyday for the past 3 weeks on my baby and 19 month old. I clean everytime I use it. This morning I go to use it and there was things crawling in it. The only thing I can think of is, there is a tiny hole on the motor part that you can't clean. Absolutely disgusting!! And very disappointed in this product that I used to love!

Upgraded version is much better than the original. Easier to clean and bigger area to catch snot. I also have not had any secretions get sucked into the unit itself. My baby hates it but I love it. It gets the job done.

The worst product

After its first use, they do not charge again it is a complete waste of money, I have bought 3 of these and with all of them it happened to me the same! They work well the first time, after saving and wanting to use them again they didn't work again because they didn't charge!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
