The original model had to be replaced because snot was getting down into the device and causing a foul odor and it was coming out of the back. I cleaned with hot soapy water as instructed after each use.
Upon receiving the replacement it was an upgraded design. It works as it should! I absolutely love this product!!

The new design is awesome and prevents the issues we had with cracking and losing suction. Our baby oddly kinda loves getting her nose cleared out with this device. The warranty is awesome.

I loved this product until…. The snot started going through the collector cup into the machine. Now the machine has brown liquid spewing through the vent hole and it wreaks.

Gimmick product

Threw mine away because of the horrible design. The snot goes past the designated compartment and straight into where the motor is. Snot then starts spraying out of the ventilation hole. You obviously can’t clean the part where the motor is which eventually stops working due to all the build up.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
