Love the size of the shelves

Whirlpool Refrigerator Service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Within 5 months the refrigerator stopped cooling. Going through the warranty process has been the most inefficient process. We are approaching 6 weeks since I first contacted Whirlpool and the part still hasn’t been shipped. The servicing company has the communication skills of an elementary aged student. I have been without an operating refrigerator for nearly 2 months and nobody seems to care at Whirlpool or at the servicing company. I have always liked Whirlpool but moving forward I don’t think I will buy or recommend to others to buy Whirlpool, not because the product broke but because of the service provided to fix the product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cooling is good and we did not hook up the ice production and water filtration as we do not use the ice machine. The organization is great and is really easy to locate items. Accessibility is good, but seem to hit the controls when opening the doors sometimes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The temperature control is amazing considering the water dispenser is inside. Love the crisper drawers because they work well and easy to clean. The freezer holds a lot more then I thought and has a very easy glide to the door with a great seal. The only thing I dont care for is the filter cost and full functionality till time to change and inconsistent ice production at times.

Except for icemaker flaw this refrigerator would b

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge is great, very accessible and plenty of room. Same with freezer. The icemaker tho has a hose in the back that dispenses water into the ice maker and freezes up and sprays water into the freezer instead of directly into the ice maker. Repairman has been here once and is getting called again today. It is a design flaw in my opinion.
