Noisy ice-maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would have gone with 5 stars but the ice-maker is very noisy and it is hard to get the fridge side temperature correct without freezing my veggies but keeping my milk cold.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We went to a Whirlpool from and LG that was great until it wasn't. The Whirlpool is very nice asthetically, keep fridge items nice and cool, still trying to figure out where to put things on the shelves... eggs froze solid. This one doesn't have the "egg section" at the top on the door so that a negative. The ice maker is really loud when you get ice. Like the more squarish cubes though. The water/ice dispenser needs to be taller to fit all the larger water bottles. You can't see when its to the top and have to tilt it then it spills. Otherwise, it works well. Has a good amount of room on both the fridge and freezer. We'll lit. Runs fairly quiet. Being able to wipe the fingerprints off is a must have!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Crap product and NO warranty help.

This refrigerator is a piece of junk.
The interior temperature is uneven throughout and things freeze on the top & second shelf.
It's set at 38 degrees which is warmer than I like and the top shelf temp is 33 and the bottom is 40.
yes, I have 3 thermometers inside !
Getting prompt warranty service is another joke,'the website is no help duen to a program glitch preventing the selection of a date for repair.
calling isn't much better, i was on hold for 40 minutes, have called 3 times and still have no service date.

Missing Feature(s)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall Whirlpool delivers as expected. This was an unexpected (albeit over due) pricey purchase for me and I am a little dismayed with the quality of the new materials used. My previous refrigerator felt more solid; a metal exterior as opposed to plastic, heavier glass shelving with better options for height adjustment, heavier baskets in the freezer section, and finally the interior lighting. Additionally my previous purchase came with a printed owners manual. After 15 years of mostly faithful service with a minimum of out of warranty service calls it went the way of all things, man made or natural. My minimal but annoying disappointment with the new refrigerator is that I’ve yet to be able to calibrate the measured fill and I am very disappointed that the previous option of a manual measured fill is no longer an option. By-in-large, I am relatively pleased and very hopeful that my newest purchase will outlive/last me.

Nice refrigerator. Stylish looking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really like the appearance of the new refrigerator and shelving configuration. Haven't had it long but everything works so far. The only two items that brought this rating down to a 4/5 is that the refrigerator is noisy when running compared to our old Kenmore side-by-side. The ice maker also makes a lot of noise when the ice drops into the plastic receptacle. Luckily, we don't use much ice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the refrigerator side set to 41 degrees but the inside temperature is not getting above 34 degrees, not sure how long should wait to call your repair department:(

First Counter Depth

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our first Counter Depth refrigerator. So far, so good! We made the move to a counter depth because we are empty nesters now. The interior lighting is super bright without being overpowering. The in door ice maker gives us extra shelf space in the freezer. The door shelves on the refrigerator side are moveable which gives us plenty of storage options.
I would recommend this to a friend!
