Disappointing Features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is okay. I’m disappointed in some of the features compared to my last refrigerator, a GE profile. Measured fill on the Whirlpool is inaccurate and calibration is frustrating. It can’t even come close to the GE profile. Also, there’s no butter storage and I haven’t been able to find a part for it to install it myself. The piece that is in its place is a waste of space. A shelf for which you have to purchase containers that fit into it separately and they are really pricey for what they are.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice refrigerator for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator was just delivered a week ago - so far so good. Two things I have noticed are one of the doors is about 1/2" higher than the other. Visually unappealing but nothing to do with function. Of course, I see the defect daily and it bothers me.
Secondly, there are 2 spots in the refrigerator where air flow comes from. You are told not to put anything around these two spots. Basically, you lose space in the refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased 2 weeks ago. Replaced a 7 year old Whirlpool. Hope this one will have a longer life otherwise I will be looking for a replacement with a different manufacturer.
