Think I Got a Bad One or All This Bad??

I'm on my 3rd service call since installation in July. Compressor was replaced once. It made a high whine noise and ran all the time. Now I've found water pooling above the doors on the top. The look and size of this fridge is great but I think I either got a lemon or the quality is not there. I wish I hadn't bought it. :-((((((
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great fridge but….

Good but Limitations

Unfortunately, there are areas within the fridge that you are not supposed to put things - because it may cause freezing of the refrigerator items. It is nearly impossible to do so things are constantly freezing for us. That is very frustrating but overall I do like the unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The features this particular refrigerator has are 10x better than my old one. It’s easily controllable. The water dispenser seems like it’s filtered (which i love) and the door has more space.

It keeps food consistently cold, has plenty of storage space, and the adjustable shelves make it easy to organize everything. The freezer works great and maintains frozen foods without any issues.
One thing I really appreciate is how quiet it is. It runs efficiently and has been reliable since day one. The build quality feels solid, and the stainless steel finish is easy to keep clean.
Overall, this is a dependable refrigerator that offers great performance and value. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a durable, well-made appliance.

Great With One Small Exception

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The side-by-side Maytag refrigerator has met (or exceeded) our expectations except for one feature. In our old Samsung refrigerator, when you wanted water from the refrigerator door, the water dispensed was cold and while not unlimited, provided us cold water, not requiring ice for cold drinkability. For the Maytag, the refrigerated water reservoir is only a small plastic tube. The initial water produced is room temperature and only gets cold after 8-10 oz's have been dispensed. This is disappointing and while we worked around the shortcoming by buying a plastic water dispenser that we keep in the refrigerator, this an important part of a refrigerator and we believe that Maytag should consider a redesign of the water dispenser system to allow for a reasonable amount of cold water to be dispensed as soon as activated from the door.
I would recommend this to a friend!
