Fastest SSD I have used

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung 9100 PRO is definitely an upgrade thats worth the money. After receiving it I installed it in my motherboard and reinstalled windows onto it replacing my 990 PRO and at first boot up I could tell a difference in load times. All apps load significantly faster than they use to and I love it. For gaming the load times are crazy good Ill definitely be picking up a 2tb or 4tb for my games next. If your looking for a SSD dont hesitate and just get this one its well worth it and youll be satisfied.

Fast SSD

It's crazy fast even when dealing with massive files. 30 minute 4K video took just a couple of minutes to copy. No heating issues. I'm very satisfied with the functionality of this SSD card.

9100 PRO: Speed, No Apologies

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don’t throw praise around unless it’s earned. The Samsung 9100 PRO? It earned it.
First off, this thing is fast. Not “a little snappier than your last drive” fast, I’m talking “why is my system booting before I even press the power button?” kind of fast. I slapped this into my rig as the main drive for my editing and VM workloads, and it hasn’t stuttered once. Speeds are exactly what they claim, sometimes better if you’ve got the right PCIe lanes feeding it.
Thermals? Solid. It runs cooler than my last NVMe despite doing ten times the work. I don’t use a heatsink with it, and even under load, it’s barely warm. That’s rare.
Build quality? Samsung didn’t cut corners. It feels like a serious piece of kit. It’s the kind of drive you install once and forget about, because it’ll still be humming along in five years without a hiccup.
Price-wise, yeah, it’s on the higher end. But you’re not buying this to save money, you’re buying it because you’re done compromising on speed and reliability. And honestly, I’d rather pay more once for a drive I trust than pay less for something that bottlenecks my entire system.
Final word: This is a professional-grade SSD for people who expect performance without excuses. It’s the kind of upgrade that doesn’t just feel faster, it is faster in every way that counts.
Would I buy it again? Without hesitation.
