As a full time student and a SAHM this has been life changing. It cleans super well and the battery life is great. Makes barely noises which is perfect for when the baby is taking a nap.

The Upgrade I Didn’t Know I Needed – Perfect for P

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently received the Roomba Max 705 as a gift, and after using it consistently, I can confidently say it’s one of the best home upgrades I didn’t know I needed. I’ve owned one of the original Roombas for years — the basic kind you had to manually empty — so I was already familiar with the brand. But this model is on a completely different level.
I have two cats, which means I’m constantly dealing with pet hair, litter scatter, and general daily mess. The Max 705 handles all of it with ease. It’s powerful, smart, and most importantly, it actually keeps my floors clean without me having to lift a finger.
The auto-empty feature is an absolute game changer. It empties itself into a bag in the base, and I don’t have to think about maintenance for weeks at a time. The smart mapping technology is impressive too — it learns the layout of my home and lets me customize which rooms to clean, when, and how often, all from the app. I can even start it with voice commands through my smart home system.
What also stands out is how quiet it is while running. Even with strong suction, it doesn’t disrupt my day. The dual multi-surface rubber brushes are great for picking up pet hair without getting tangled, which was always an issue with my old vacuum.
This Roomba truly feels like a personal assistant for my floors. It’s sleek, efficient, and incredibly easy to use. If you’re a pet owner or just someone who wants to take floor cleaning off your to-do list, the Roomba Max 705 is more than worth it. I’m honestly blown away by how much better it is than my older model — it’s the kind of upgrade you won’t regret.

The Best Automated Robot Vacuum! 🥰😍

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is easily the best vacuum I could imagine receiving!! I didn’t expect a lot of performance from a small robot vacuum. I thought Roombas would always do just an ok job. Boy, I’m SHOCKED by how powerful this robot is. I live with my husband and our very sheddy dog. This week, we had family from out of town stay with us. After they left, I set up the Roomba and let it map my home. It didn’t take long at all. It could clearly see it’s way around my home. After it was done, I started the first run. The Roomba cleaned my entire floor of my home on a single charge. It picked up a TON of dog hair from the carpet with ease. The vacuum cleaned the corners very well. It was quiet enough that it didn’t disturb myself or my husband in different rooms as we watched television. My dog wasn’t even bothered by it. You can schedule for it to automatically vacuum when you’re away from the home if you want. You can set it to spot clean easily. After mapping your home, you can go in and add you furniture into your maps to easily keep track of your Roomba. The best feature that I’ve found is that you can set your Roomba to clean certain rooms at any given time. I can clean just my dining room if I need to. Or, I could clean the living room and bedrooms if that’s what I choose to do. Plus, I can set the intensity of the cleaning. From “Smart” clean to “Deep” clean, you have lots of possibilities. I’ve completely fallen in love with my new Roomba.

Great for an open concept house

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m surprised by how much I love the Roomba! I’ve always thought I didn’t need one, but since I’ve been using this I’ve really impressed. I’m surprised by how thorough the cleaning is! I love being able to run it overnight and wake up to a clean house. The automations are super helpful so you can set it and forget it. It’s not overly noisy, so it doesn’t wake me up when it’s running. Overall, a really great product!

This is my third roomba over time and I really like the new max 705 model. It just works as you want it to.
I replaced an i7+ model which I loved, and this Max705 is is already better in several ways. First, it is obviously smarter and more confidently navigates around my house. It avoids getting stuck and various obstacles in the rooms better than my past models as well, and does so in very systematic and logical ways. Where as I used to get frustrated watching the room as clean, now I enjoy it and feel like I understand what it is doing. It cleans well and dicks and automatically unloads the debris more efficiently than my old model as well. Overall, this is great and I am happy with the updates. It feels like progress.
The vacuum itself is similar size as past models, but now has a slight bump on top (I am guessing for the lidar), but the height of the dock is significantly lower than the i7+, which is welcome.
Finally, the initial setup has the unit map your house, like previous models. However this one did the mapping in “minutes” versus past models taking hours or even a few days to map effectively. Definitely is more efficient now.
Overall, no complaints, I am really happy with with this Max705 Roomba. Go get one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Roomba Max 705 with the Auto-Empty Dock for about a month now. Overall, it’s okay — but definitely not perfect.
Pros:
• The Auto-Empty Dock is super convenient. I don’t have to think about emptying the bin for days.
• It maps out my home pretty well and doesn’t bump into furniture too hard.
• Suction is decent on hardwood and low-pile carpet.

If you’re looking for a basic robot vacuum with a self-emptying bin, this one does the job. But if you’re expecting top-tier performance, you might want to keep looking. I have seen that the floors still have a lot of dust and hair from dogs on it that I need to vacuum again after.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having always wanted a roomba but could never justify the price, I was very stoked to get one.
To start; the room a itself is relatively light, there’s a bumper in the front so the machine doesn’t smash against walls/tables, the feeler brush comes out of the front, the wheels are rubber and have a nice tread so it can handle carpet, and there’s a “home” button and a on/off switch on the top.
I found that it did a nice job cleaning my floors, the wood was definitely cleaner post roombaing, than the carpet but I didn’t really expect a deep clean on the carpets. It picks up dirt as well as small bits of paper or the rogue plastic hair tie,
with ease. It’s a convenient way to keep my floors clean in between sweeping and deep cleaning.

2 downsides that I think are probably just inherently roomba qualities; the noise is quite loud, I wouldn’t keep this on during a work from home meeting, the sucking sound isn’t as loud as a normal vacuum but louder enough to disturb a quiet moment. The second issue is the time it takes to clean, I have a normal size ranch and it takes about 30min to do a 12x12 room.
I will continue to use the roomba and am happy to have one.
