Was excited to upgrade to this one but its not a big difference. And my app won't let me choose to renew filter so it keeps saying that i need to replace

To reset the filter indicator on your 211i Max, simply press down the Fan Speed button for 15 seconds—until all LEDs light up and blink once—then release. Took out our old filter and it was time after about a year. What a difference with the new filter. Works great and no odor in our large family room. Blue Air is so quiet too.
