Fantastic picture and great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung continues to provide the best picture and features of any tvs. Installation was a snap. This is the largest tv that I have ever owned and I am blown away by the picture quality and the sound.

I was super excited to get my first 85” TV. I did the pre-work to prepare the wall where I was going to hang it. I got an appropriate sized wall mount and installed it. The TV came and it was definitely big and heavy, so I would need a helping hand. I finally got it up on the wall. Once I powered it on, it was bright and vivid. And that’s where the good news ends. I didn’t realize what I was getting when I purchased an AI enhanced picture. Everything was grainy and there was were these weird, subtle fluctuations in the picture. Then I noticed the small, bizarre picture anomalies. Textures were off and I saw the weird AI face abnormalities on distant faces, distortions that were typical of AI image generation. I was so disappointed. I just wanted to try to get the screen to be normal, so I tried to turn off all AI settings. I succeeded in getting rid of the AI motion blurring artifacts, but the weird textures and distortions remain. I’m really disappointed. I want a refund or a TV with no AI enhancement.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We appreciate your input on the picture quality of Samsung’s QN80F TV. If the image isn’t meeting your expectations, there are several adjustments you can make to improve your viewing experience.
First, please ensure your TV is running the latest firmware, as updates may include important picture quality enhancements. Go to: Home > Left directional button > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now
Then, select a Picture Mode that best fits your environment: Home > Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode 1. Standard – Default mode for general viewing 2. Dynamic – Brighter and clearer in well-lit rooms 3. Eco – Optimized for energy saving 4. Movie – Best for watching in dark environments 5. Filmmaker Mode – Preserves content exactly as intended by creators
You can also enhance your experience by enabling AI Mode, which automatically adjusts picture and sound based on your surroundings and usage patterns: Settings > All Settings > Advanced Features > AI Mode Settings > AI Mode

I did a lot of research & overall the value and quality of Samsung was always at the top tier! The tv & AI are so much faster than even 5 years ago. We love it!

Great tv but poor navigation set up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tv is amazing and clear when it comes to the display. The Os is great. Where it falls short is the solar remote. Love it charges. But no input selection button is a big henderance. Also when trying to navigate channels there is no easy way to get the guide to come up.

To help you get the most from your TV, you can download the full e-Manual and more by visiting Samsung’s website then navigating to: Support > Manual & Software > TVs & Home Theater. From there, you can search for and select your TV model to view or download the available guides.
The e-Manual and Remote Control Guide are also conveniently built into your TV: Settings > Support > Tips and User Guides

No one. Connect

I bought this to replace an existing Samsung tv it had the one connect feature. I was really disappointed that this one didn't have that feature.. Had I know that I would have never purchase this TV..now I have to fish HDMI cables or else have them hanging out in the open. Which is ugly.

It is included with the 2025 S95F OLED and The Frame (LS03FA), while the Wireless One Connect is featured with the 2025 QN990F Neo QLED 8K and The Frame Pro (LS03FW).
