New snap grip doesn’t work with this

I’ve had a snap car mount and I love it but I just got the new snap grip and it’s not compatible with this...sucks cus there’s no other mount for car for this new grip.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Grip 5? Don’t get a car mount!

Sometimes I have to wonder why companies (big & small) make a new product but don’t care if it works with their other products. The new “magnetic” grip 5 has next to zero attachment to the car mount. Both products individually are great. But what a let down that you can no longer have a safe car mount. Do not buy unless you stick with one of the older grips.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I live the magnetic mount. It stuck right onto my dashboard and I'm able to have the phone right in front of me without blocking any air vents or the window. It works so well in conjunction with the oh snap finger ring.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Looking Elsewhere Now...

Loved the product. Have it on all our phones and in our vehicles. And bought several as holiday gifts for friends and family. But mine wouldn’t stay on in my Wrangler (on a glass screen surface, cleaned, dried, left without weight for over a day). Used both adhesives that came with the Car Snap. Company response? “Thanks for letting me know. Since both adhesives have already been used, you'll likely need to purchase a new Replacement Adhesive Kit to get a fresh hold.”Really? If your product is cold weather resistant, put it in your instructions. If not then I got a bad batch (adhesives in shipping are often subjected to temps that can do them harm). Either way, “BUY MORE” is not the consumer friendly response. Thank you, wish you well but this customer is looking in other directions now. :(
