Doesn't stick

Bought a car mount and the charger. Alcohol swabbed, stuck the mount firmly, let it set 24 hours per the instructions. Worked for a couple weeks, and then one day I came to my car (while the phone was not on it) and it was on the ground by the pedals. Not sure if the issue was the weight of the magnetic charger and phone over time, or temperature changes... But it came off some time over night when the phone wasn't on it.Swabbed again, stuck again, waited again, used again. This time fell off after about a week. Now the sticky material that's meant to adhere to the dashboard is no longer sticky, so I just have the magnetic charger and no way to mount the phone and use said charger at the same time, since it adds to the thickness.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

You’ll have to purchase and cut your own heavy duty 3M double sided tape if you need this to work. As in bought all the other pieces to the kit only for this weak tape used for the mount to fail over and over again.

I love the small footprint of this product as my car doesn’t have any “blank” space in my new car to put a car mount. The car mount holds onto my iPhone 15 pro max with a phone case on fairly well, but not as well as a previous product I have used. I also have the snap grip 5 and that’s where this looses stars is when using the combination of the two. The car mount does not hold onto the snap grip very well at all. I’ve use this product for less than a week and my whole phone with the snap grip attached has fallen off while driving on an average paved road. I would expect the snap grip to hold work with the car mount more solidly especially for the cost. I might have to go back to using the Love Handle system if I can find a spot to stick it in my new car.

Tried every surface with the exception of the window. After 2 days, the mount would be on the floor. Using in conjunction with oh snap 5 and have to find the sweet spot when making connection (when mount was on)

Not worth the hype

I was so excited to receive this product. Pros: love the wine color. Cons: when trying to "snap' open, it really doesn't open far enough to get my other finger below to expand it and use it. I have to turn my phone around and find the spot to press to expand it. The "snap" part turns and really makes it impossible to use one handed. It doesn't stick to my phone case. The magnetic part gets over heated when it is on a mag safe charger and when I remove it the "snap" comes off my phone. Disappointed

Overall a great mount, attaches to phone case & grip well, good hold, just wish it could extend out a bit so I can attach to my window.
