Snap ring fell off phone

After waiting weeks for the car mount to come back in stock I didn't have an opportunity to install it before the snap ring fell off of my phone. So this is actually a review of the snap ring and not the mount.

I LOVE the idea of this! Sadly, it won’t fit anywhere in my vehicle as there are no flat surfaces big enough for the adhesive circle to go. I thought I had a spot for it but turns out it won’t fit.

I wanted a holder that wouldn’t go on my windshield to stay out of the heat and not take up a lot of the landscape inside my car. This is perfect and holds very well. I’m very pleased.

I am disappointed because there is no feasible place to connect it to my car. Furthermore, the 3M sticky is does not work. I would like to return the phone mount.

Car mount works great.

Works as expected in my 2018 Nissan Armada attached just next to radio controls on a semi flat spot on the dash. Good hold from the adhesive and the mag phone holder on phones with different case brands.

I bought the car mount and the grip for the back of the phone for my wife. She really liked the grip since it’s thinner than a regular pop socket. The first one I bought her was the plastic one, but that ended up breaking, so we replaced it with the magnetic metal one. I also have one, and honestly it’s been great so far.As for the car mount, the sticky part has had issues, and finally two weeks ago it gave in. I had to get a replacement part when we first bought it, since it wasn’t sticking to the car. Now it finally broke off, leaving all the stickiness on the dashboard. The product itself comes in hand for those who need their phone for music/gps/ or just like to have it near by without having it in their hands. I’ll be buying another car mount since my wife misses it, but there is A LOT that OhSnap can do to better the adhesion part. Also, forgot to mention that the actual magnetic part was also failing and causing the phone to fall even with minor bumps.
