I thought this would be a good addition to my office at work, however it has since stopped charging and recently no longer can maintain a charge on my phone

It works fantastic with the grip 3 & 4 but I got my grip 5 and it does not hold on strong enough at all. Luckily I can remove the grip easy enough and the magsafe on my phone works well enough.There's nothing on the site to indicate that the grip 5 doesn't work with the stand

I use my iPhone in standby mode as an alarm clock. This stand STICKS to my nightstand and doesn’t damage the surface.

My only real complaint is how light it is and it's hard to put my phone on it with the Snap Grip 5 on my phone and the Snap Charge Qi2 on the stand and it center itself correctly without fighting the stand to stay standing. It does have a sticky bottom but I don't want to stick it to my nightstand so it stands freely. It is nice how I can swivel it around to any position I want though. It does have good points so I use it. Keeps the phone up off the nightstand just far enough that I could do this with it plugged in as well. I would recommend this.

I love having this if I wanna FaceTime or watch a video while on my phone. Good little accessory and my husband is always trying to steal it. First perfectly in my bum bag too so it’s small!

Does the job nicely

I've had a SnapStand for a few years, but when I upgraded to the Luxe 4 version, the didn't work as well. So, I finally decided to spring for the newer SnapStand version to match my new grip. The new SnapStand works very well with the grip and doesn't let the phone slip or fall off. I use it every day and it's well made and works as it should. So, I'm a happy user and recommend you try it.
