Very very buggy a lot of times when starting up my computer the widgets don’t start up and stay on second monitor mode even when I open up ique app Alene up having to unplug it entirely and plug back it and even then sometimes it stays on second display mode also only got it for the twitch chat window and you can’t even log onto you twitch account on it to manage it over all would be better off just getting a stream deck

It's a good concept, but there aren't enough widgets to really make it worthwhile right now. My main reason for purchasing this was to monitor my computer. Unfortunately, there are only a few basic ones. I can monitor my CPU usage and load, but not the clock speed. We also need better monitoring for the RAM. I would like to see a widget for Core Temp where I can monitor each core separately without having to scroll through multiple pages. Hopefully, Elgato will add many more useful widgets in the near future.

I bought this in February and was very pleased with it at first then two months later it stopped working. It powers on but doesn’t display anything. I’ve tried everything to fix it and it just won’t work. It’s just been sitting on my desk. Truly disappointing as it could’ve been a great product.

Best StreamDeck version if you don’t need knobs!

I have the original SD, before I upgraded to the SD XL. The Xeneon Edge is even better. On smaller SD devices, I had to use pages. On the XE, everything fits on one screen. Plus it’s both touch clickable and mouse clickable. 80% of the time, mouse clicks work better for me.
That was the good. The bad? Windows regularly has to be told which screen is the touchscreen. The software that run widgets doesn’t work half the time and takes 5 minutes of wrangling. I only want my Virtual Stream Decks in a particular place on the XE and they are forever wandering off to different monitors so I had to create a button to put them back in place. And I can’t resize text so it’s readable in Windows without using Custom Scaling which introduces all kinds of obscure bugs in other software. They just need to support scaling or a lower resolution. All of those are minor annoyances preventing a perfect 5-star rating. For me, this is hands down the best SD device without knobs and you have the desk space. If mine got stolen I might buy 2 more.
