Poor location of control panel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dryer does a fantastic job of drying and removing pet hair. The only dislike of the dryer is the location of the control panel. Moving it to the top of the machine would be much better because that large round dial used to choose the type of drying desired is the pits! Move the control panel to the top of the machine lik it is on your pet pro washing machine.

Good Appliance but Needs a Few Tweeks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the washer and dryer a few months ago. They have great capacity. I have a dog that sheds like crazy so I figured I'd try the Pet Pro system.
The Pet Pro feature doesn't seem to remove much dog hair and adds a lot of time to the wash and dry cycles. You would figure if it adds all that time it would capture more of the hair.
I feel the Dryer lint trap is poorly designed and doesn't seem to do a great job filtering the lint. I have to pull lint out of the rails that the lint trap inserts into.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Amazing for anyone with pets!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer has blown out old one away. We love the steam fresh option and the ability to connect to it via wifi. My wife and I have 2 golden retrievers and paired with the pet pro washer we have been nothing short of completely happy with our purchase.
