Dryer is just ok

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dryer is ok. Makes a lot of noise. Show low air flow sometimes but no reason why. Filter is hard to clean compared to other dryers I’ve used. There are scratches inside the dryer that don’t impact performance I just expected a better product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great disappointment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this dryer in November 2024 and received in December 2024. I was hoping for a reliable and efficient addition to my laundry routine, but unfortunately, it has fallen short in several critical areas.
Cons:
Frequent Faults: The unit constantly displays error codes, most notably the F2 E1 and F2E2 fault while drying. This has made completing even a simple drying cycle a frustrating experience.
Control Panel Failure: The control panel is unreliable, often unresponsive or failing entirely, which severely impacts usability.
Clothes Not Drying Properly: One of the most disappointing issues is that clothes often come out damp, even after a full cycle. This defeats the entire purpose of having a dryer and forces multiple runs to get the job done.
Overall Reliability: Given the persistent technical issues, the dryer does not inspire confidence for long-term
use.

Top quality dryer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer has my whole heart. First, the SILENCE. This unit is so quiet I forget it's running until the app notifies me that my clothing is dry. Second, the sensing of the clothing to determine how long it needs to dry is so useful and I can count on the clothing actually being dry when the cycle is complete. The light inside the drum is so bright and makes it much easier to see in the dryer. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this dryer now for two months and it squeals when it’s running and does not fully dry my clothes on any cycle. I have to run the dryer twice. Very disappointing!
