I was very much looking forward to the color coded accessories & even put a ticket in about it which has gone unanswered thus far. They are not color coded for use with the recipes as pictured everywhere on the product page, they are dark gray. It is okay, though I really wanted them to be as pictured. I already paid a premium to get the color I wanted & the paradice kit separate since Paradice 16 is only available in silver, which I assume really does come with the color coded accessories, since the Paradice 9 does.
It is a fantastic tool & we love it. For anyone who gets the Paradice kit for this, a cleaning tip is to use a brush at an angle, pushing through from the non-sharp side outward to the sharpened side of the grids. Any info about cleaning grids like those, of any make, is only about pushing the last bits through. To actually clean the grids when done using them, use this brush method from behind & it is much faster. Then, simply examine for any extra stuff between the grid intersections & you should be able to easily press them out with a soft touch from the tip of a toothpick, no problem!

After 30 years, it was time for a new machine. Breville never disappoints! Love the adjustable slicing blade, I missed that on the description page. The accessory box keeps everything neat. The mini bowl is my weekly must have.
