It should not be used if the skin is broken, irritated or itching. If you are using any medications or topicals that are light sensitive or if photo sensitizing medications are being taken as they may cause irritation.

I already loved My PMD Clean Pro but now that I'm getting older, I have been looking for more ways to add anti-aging steps into everyday routines. I really like that this is a cleanse and treat with just one tool. I cleanse my face twice daily and use the red light easily every day on my problem areas- mostly the outer eye crow's feet area and the forehead. I have had professionals use Red light therapy on my skin and it's awesome to have my own device with Red LED therapy at home!

Best multi purpose tools

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this device with my favorite cleanser and it cleans my pores and skin so well. It does a deep cleaning. One side has a gentle cleansing and other side had red light to firm the skin leaves your skin clean and smooth. It doesn’t feel harsh into my skin at all. The slow motion of the device massages the skin and at the same time cleanses it.Other side of the device as a red light therapy which is designed to make your skin smooth, radiant and young. After cleansing you can use the red light side to massage your skin. After both application I feel that my skin is so fresh and radiant. It is so easy to use as well, the instructions are pretty easy as well. It is also travel friendly when you are taking it with you. I would say best investment for your skin.

Ginger Friendly Easy to Use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a salon professional and sensitive skin individual, the PMD Redvolution had me curious and cautious as soon as I saw it! Right out of the box I was excited about the travel friendly case and the easy recharge.With multiple speeds for cleansing you can vary it for your needs depending on if it was a heavy makeup, smog, sunscreen or sweat day which is super helpful. The bristle nubs are a good texture for a gentle touch, you don’t need to grind the tool into your face. Gently moving it along is all that’s necessary to get the job done. The red light is fabulous! As you can see in the before and after photo, I made sure to allow all the muscles in my face to completely relax (sorry about the rbf lol) which shows where the skin sags most and the wrinkles are. It is gradually making a difference in the appearance of the skin, slowly giving it a bit of lift and smoothing it out as well. I’m excited to continue using it to see further results and just how much it can do. With my ginger genetics I was concerned about the effects of the LED as some treatments are either not effective or can just cause redness without results and this was not the case with the PMD Redvolution. I was able to use it twice a day with no problems or sensitivities!Overall I’m very pleased with this tool and will be recommending it to my friends :)

Great Cleanser and Light therapy

Other than it being super effective in both cleaning my face as well as helping me with hyperpigmentation, it is such a good size. Perfect to fit anywhere specially for travel. I really like the device over all. It helps me well while I’m cleansing my face and I love the vibration it’s definitely a plus plus. I feel that cleansing my face with the scrub and vibration on makes me feel a bit more relaxed and helps me wind down at night. The red light therapy has helped me lighten up certain spots on my face that were left from acne. I didn’t feel that the product over heated or it made me feel hot in any way with the red light therapy. Over all I really enjoyed this product, it’s very helpful for both cleansing and helping with dark spots.

Red light Drags on skin causing more wrinkles

Promotional reviews should be banned. I thought this was a good idea based on promotional reviews. It’s not. The brush works great, but the red light when used after cleaning your skin pulls on your skin. It does not glide. Does more harm than good. Be wary when the majority of reviews are promotional.

The Clean Redvolution is designed with a touch sensor feature that is made to be in contact with the skin during treatment--this doesn't, however, mean that it needs to be dragged across the skin--nor should it be. For the best treatment and results, the red light therapy should be held to the skin and stay in place in that area. This allows for the full benefit of red-light therapy to that specific treatment area. Once the treatment area is complete, lift the device and move to the next area of the skin. We do not recommend dragging or sweeping the light across the skin for two reasons. 1) the touch sensor could lose contact, and the light will not be activated the entire time, 2) the red-light benefits are not as powerful when in constant motion. The light therapy will have the best treatment when directed to one treatment area at a time.
