I bought this for my husband for fathers day. He absolutely loves it, he has experimented with different pizzas every day! My only complaint.....I am gaining weight!

Non pas terrible j’ai essayer avec des morceaux de bois pour l’allumer mais cela n’allait pas il s éteignais a chaque fois il dallais remettre du bois tout le temp c’est air pénible franchement s’éteignait souvent pour le moment je suis fort déçu du four karu 12 g je vais essayer bientôt avec du charbon de bois merci

Really awesome product

I was watching videos about Ooni ovens on Youtube for something like a 6 months. Still, i wasnt sure, if I, as a begginer, would be able to use it to get great results. Anyways, I bought it for myself as a birthday gift, and god, really its AWESOME! First two pizza sessions werent that great, I was struggling to stretch the dough right. After that, I read Ooni tips, and now, after maybe like a 5th sessions, all my friends rated my pizza as a 'best in town". I am looking forward to purchase gas burner, so I can whip out some quick pizzas sometimes, without the wood hustle when I dont have much time - but overall, the wood is awesome. Really develops awesome taste. But anyways, its really beginner friendly, just after few sessions I was able to get really good results!

After a first cook of 4 pizza I’m really pleased. I didn’t get it up to full heat using my own wood and it took over 40 min but .. I’m fairly sure it was because there was a howling wind, my wood was too large and I wasn’t feeding it often enough. That said, the pizzas were absolutely delicious, the crust was crisp and the char was perfect. It just took about 2 min to cook. Trust me for a first go, 2 min is quick when you have to turn, feed wood etc. it was really an enjoyable experience. I’m very pleased and looking forward to using it again

I upgraded to this oven from the original karu 12. I love the addition of the glass door and thermometer.
