Learning every time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the dual fuel capability and the ease of switching between propane and wood. I learn more about all aspects of making pizza (dough, sauce, toppings, temperature, etc) each time I use the oven. I am experimenting with different dough recipes and toppings and well as cooking with propane or wood. I’ve learned that I need to get the stone hot, but then allow the oven to cool some or I get overcooked toppings and undercooked crust. It’s a process. I do struggle sometimes, especially when using propane, by pushing the pizza too far back in the oven, even a little off the stone when I go to turn it.
