Great Smallish Oven. Gets Hot. Does The Job.

I love everything about this oven so far. I’ve enjoyed cooking on both wood and gas. Wood is more fun, gas is more predictable. Oven easily gets up to 900+ if you want it to. Rolling flame over the top does a great job cooking the top (almost too good sometimes and I need to get the peel in there to slow it down while the bottom browns). Been using it weekly this summer and would recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought I was crazy to spend as much as I did for my pizza oven but after using it, I've changed my mind. This pizza oven is magnificent! It is easy to use, easy to maintain temperature, and, with the help of the recipes on the Ooni App, makes the best pizza I have ever eaten. We don't go out for pizza any more because the ones we make at home are just better!
Great product! Costly but this is not a gimmicky, disposable kitchen gadget. This pizza oven is expertly designed and well finished for many years of use. I highly recommend Ooni's ovens and getting the app for all kinds of recipes!

I got way more value than I expected. I thought I was getting a pizza oven. What I got was a complete culinary experience that has become part of the family!

Struggles to get hot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the third Ooni I've bought and by far the most difficult to get to temperature. I'm using good quality lumpwood base and good quality wood. Not a patch on the Karu 16. Disappointed in it to be honest. I'm sure there is an issue with air intake. Will persevere but would not recommend to anyone.
