Needs work

We had a difficult time. Great concept. We followed all the directions & tried different things. We used the recommended wood chips. Pizzas were burnt but doughy on the inside. Door open door closed turning etc. . . hoping to try a charcoal with wood next time & a different dough recipe.

Tried in numerous conditions. Hot, cold, windy, calm. Nothing works. After 1 hour on high with propane this is where it's at. See picture. Tried to speak with Ooni and that was a joke.
