Karu 2 very good almost great

The only negative is the way the ash/wood container is removed. Instead of out the back, you need to reach all the way in and drag it out. The best way is to remove the stone first then reach in. Not a great solution.

Too expensive compared to others

Too expensive compared to competition. I returned this and bought a Bighorn multi fuel for less than 1/3 the price the the ooni which I like better except the the door is not hinged.

So impressed by how easy

So impressed by how easy this is to setup and use. Works so well (so far only tried with gas attachment), and after a few teething problems (with the chef not the oven!) our pizza's turned out great. I am dairy-free, and I was done with rubbish vegan supermarket pizzas. These came out so delicious and were so fun to make.
I had an issue with my delivery (the delivery company's fault). And when I raised this concern with Ooni, they were super friendly, helpful and efficient at resolving my issue.

Great as a birthday present

Great as a birthday present for my partner. It’s the best pizza we’ve made at home and we were so impressed with the the Ooni pizza oven. The pizza cooks in minutes and the pizza paddle is extremely easy to use for getting it in and out the oven. It packs away really tidily into its own cover and super portable.
Very easy to use with the multi fuel and a fun appliance when entertaining at home.

Great oven for great pizzas

Really pleased with our oven so far. We use it as a wood burning oven only. Have made some great pizzas, just need to get the hang of getting the oven up to temperature quickly and then keeping it up to temperature.

Replacement oven

This was a replacement oven and overall seems better. It still took about 40 minutes to heat up and didn’t reach optimal temperature. It does take a lot of wood to keep up the temperature. As we have only tried it once it really needs further use before commenting further.
