Not so smart TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a good big screen TV, but they need to improve processing power and increase memory ram. Alexa and Bixby are terrible, they don't function well at all. Smart TV....I don't think so. And yes, I have made sure the software is up to date. Shame on you Samsung.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
