[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super helpful tool! This has helped me navigate long text and contracts. It’s good at distilling information into easily digestible bites, and the user interface is really intuitive. I also like that I can use this in my browser without having to install apps.

Best for processing large files, but would hold ou

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They definitely have some bugs to work out, as half the time it errors out. However, when it does work, this thing is pretty great. Needs better language models, but it’s better than chat gpt and copilot for processing and editing large files. I do wish that it would let me do more than one document at a time, as that would be incredibly helpful to be able to pull from different documents and merge. It’s also difficult to get to from the home page in acrobat. I wish it either has its own app or at least had a navigation button at the bottom.
All in all, it’s not the best for a paid AI model, it could be better. Not worth the money right now, but it could be in the future if they keep up with the dev.

Adobe Acrobat AI Assistant
on April 29, 2025
Posted by: stacyb122_433
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using Adobe Acrobat’s AI Assistant for a couple of weeks now, and honestly, it’s been a game-changer for how I handle PDFs at work. I deal with a ton of contracts and reports, and before this, I’d waste so much time skimming through pages trying to find specific details. Now I just type in a question like, “When’s the deadline?” or “Summarize this for me” and it actually gives me a clear, straightforward answer — no more aimless scrolling. It even helps draft emails or simplify confusing parts of a document, which has saved me more than once. That said, it’s not perfect. Sometimes it misses the context, especially with more complex or legal-heavy stuff, so I still double-check important info. And since it’s only for paying subscribers, it might not be worth it if you only open a PDF once in a blue moon. But for me? Totally worth it. It’s made working with long and boring PDFs a lot less painful. If you’re someone who deals with documents all day, I’d say it’s a pretty solid tool.

Smart Evolution
on April 30, 2025
Posted by: yfeliz_1647
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Adobe’s integration of AI into Acrobat marks a smart evolution of its flagship PDF tool, bringing more efficiency and intelligence to document workflows. The AI Assistant is designed to help users navigate, summarize, and understand content within PDFs—especially long or technical documents—without having to manually comb through pages.
• Smart Summarization: One of the most helpful features is its ability to generate concise summaries. It can extract key points from dense documents, making it easier to grasp the main ideas quickly. • Natural Language Queries: You can ask the assistant questions in plain English (e.g., “What are the key findings in this report?”), and it responds contextually, citing the document itself. • Time-Saving: It’s particularly useful for legal, academic, and business documents where users often need to extract specific details without reading the entire file. • Integrated Interface: Since it’s built into Adobe Acrobat, there’s no need to switch platforms or tools. Everything works within the familiar environment.
Adobe Acrobat’s AI Assistant is a valuable tool for professionals who regularly deal with PDFs and need smarter ways to interact with content. While it isn’t perfect yet, its time-saving capabilities and intuitive design make it a welcome addition to the Acrobat ecosystem. As Adobe continues to refine the AI, it’s likely to become a standard for document intelligence in the years ahead.
