Nice fridge, don’t like where the water dispenser is

We purchased huge freezer from lows also have same brand refrigerator in our garage and this one . Frigidaire is a brand we knew since year 1960 when our parents purchased brand new imported from UK and our family was the first one in our community to ow.

I really wanted to love it

I really wanted to love this refrigerator. The appearance is sleek and clean without the water/ice on the front. I thought I would like the water dispenser on the inside of the door. But the water, while filtered, is warm. Where is the cold water? I drink a ton of water and this is a huge disappointment.
I read a lot of reviews about this refrigerator being quiet. I'm stunned at how much louder the Frigidaire refrigerator is than my previous. And why is it making a recurring buzzing noise? It almost sounds like it's an alarm going off randomly in the freezer. I'm getting a replacement in the hopes that the next one is quieter and won't produce the recurring buzzing noise.

To clarify, our units do not include a chilled water reservoir, so the water from the internal dispenser will generally be room temperature, aside from the small amount that may cool slightly as it passes through the filter. For colder water, we recommend using the ice dispenser in combination with the internal water option.
Regarding the sound you're hearing — some operational noise is expected, such as humming or brief buzzing during cycles like defrost or ice production. However, if the noise is unusually loud or disruptive, it may be worth having a certified service provider inspect the unit to ensure everything is functioning properly.

Nice Design but...

Refrigerator was delivered and set up 10 days ago. Random muffled high pitched sound lasting 1 to 30 seconds. Electrolux sent a tech out to diagnose but, naturally, it did not make the sound for him. It is 12:45 AM and making the sound. I puchased this model based upon reviews stating it runs quietly. The random sound is annoying.

Common Sources of Intermittent High-Pitched Sounds in Refrigerators 1. Compressor Inverter or Variable-Speed Motor -Newer, energy-efficient compressors often emit a high-pitched or whiny tone when ramping up or down. These can be especially noticeable in quiet environments.
2. Fans (Evaporator or Condenser) -If debris is caught in the fan or the motor bearings are wearing prematurely, this can create a fluctuating, high-pitched sound.
3. Defrost Cycle -During and after defrost cycles, you might hear hissing, clicking, or even whining as ice melts and parts expand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Appliance works well, except for water dispenser in door. Water is getting to the ice maker, so filter is not clogged. Nor is it because of a frozen water line in the door. Also the reset button does nothing other than to make a light on the door panel blink and emit a chirp.
