[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve been cooking in our Ooni Koda 2 pro for a few weeks and this is a really fun product with a bit of a learning curve. Set up was really simple with clear directions. You do need to think about what you are going to place the Ooni on ahead of time. We purchased a steel food bowl prep cart. Instructions on how to operate are straightforward. Ultimately, there’s an art to “launching” pizzas that can only be learned through some trial and error. This unit has enough space to easily turn the pizza while cooking.
For full disclosure, we are only using this Ooni to make gluten free pizzas due to some dietary restrictions in our house, but the Ooni pro has made it happen! It takes about 15 minutes for the oven to heat up (maybe a bit longer for the suuuper high temps). We tried the gluten free crust recipe on Ooni’s website and it was really good. Crust puffs up gorgeously and we feel like we are eating the real deal.
We’ve had to play around with blind baking the crust before adding the toppings to help with the nature of gluten free dough, but the speed at which this cooks is a huge asset! We can now make large amounts of pizzas when we have guests in such a short period of time.
I’ve had the best pizza in the world at Naples before I had to go gluten free and this oven really does help capture some of the magic of true Neapolitan pizza.

Great for searing steaks!!

Directions to set up was not the easiest could never get the digital app to connect to oven. After 4 uses the digital temp reader quit working have not had time to reach out to fix but expect will be no problem due to 5 year warranty. Cooks great and steaks were amazing. Do reccomend to purchase Ooni assessories attempted to use my castiron but was so hot had to reseason and difficult to move in and out. Looking forward to try new recipes.

Very user friendly and and an awesome way to cook

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Made our first pizzas in this oven last night. These turned out to be some of the best we have had. I was able to get the crust the way we like as the temperature on this unit is easy to control. This oven feels very durable and is a little heavy but for its size is very easy to move around. Oven came clean with ease as I was able to reach everywhere without any problems.

Pizza oven is great. Pretty easy to set up. Makes homemade pizza easy. This is a great size for cooking one medium pizza. Plenty of room to work with, but small enough to heat thoroughly.
