Great oven. Gets HOT and preheats pretty quickly. It has a bit of a learning curve if you have grown accustomed to pizza in your, much cooler, kitchen oven. I am getting there. Looking forward to getting fully up to speed.
I wanted to upsize from my Ooni 12” because entertaining can be difficult with that size oven. My new oven is fast and will accommodate larger pies, making entertaining much easier. I’m finding a 16” pizza is about the sweet spot in terms of size. Any larger starts to get unruly. This oven heats up fast and stays hot, making throughput seamless. Highly recommended.

I had great expectations as my son has a wood burning model and Loves it. This model is more compact and portable which is convenient for me. The only question I have is in the measurement of temperature. I hesitate to be critical as something must be either not properly installed, or not operating properly. It could be the operator's fault (I don't know). The temp barely registers over 475-500 yet the pizza burns before it crisps. I've tried several times but haven't been able to resolve either my technique or the oven's quirky performance. I'm not at all dissatisfied, but respectfully I am curious about other's experience or, some advice about a workable resolution.
