Hard to give a review when we are still waiting on a replacement on our brand new Ooni Koda 2 Pro Gas Powered Pizza Oven. It came defective and we are waiting to hear back from Ooni about what they are going to do. We have done all of their suggestions and it still doesn't work. Sent a video to Ooni also with the issues. Hopefully we will hear soon and then we could possible write a new happier review.

Love the new Ooni Koda 2, the space is a lot bigger. The temperature knob is on the side instead of being in the back. Highly recommend! I had the multi fuel Ooni before, I like the Ooni Koda 2 much better!

The Koda 2 Pro 18" is my 5th Ooni pizza oven. I started back in the beginning with the pellet/wood unit and moved up from there, With out a doubt this is by far the best unit ever! I am so happy to have purchased a product that actually did what it said it would do. The new burner system was EXACTLY what Ooni said it would be. Even heat distribution cooking surfaces, less turning, and rapid recovery. Best home pizza oven on the market! BRAVO Ooni!.

Had great expectations for this product and I think it could be amazing, but the quality control just isn’t there. I’ve been experiencing one issue after another :
- the spark igniter doesn’t work
- the oven turns off when the gas button is released , I’ve had to find a way to force it pushed to use the oven
- worst of all, the temperature sensor doesn’t work properly. Mine still indicates ~200 degrees celsius even 1 hour after turning on

Not what you’d expect from a 750 dollar oven.

Love the Koda 2 pro. The Slate Blue is beautiful.
I upgraded from my Koda 16…hesitantly…. but now I am really glad I did.
This oven is a worthy upgrade without a doubt.
Thicker stone, more even temperature throughout…fantastic!

Great when it WORKS! Before Ooni got their “new improved “ GAS models I went thru their gas attachments They’re Both in their respective boxes in my garage collecting DUST. Want ‘em cheap.
In WINTER here in MONTANA. thought gas was wiser than usual WOOD. I was wrong. Attachments never performed properly you name it, it never worked or was reliable. Now it’s getting warmer. I can use it
