Set up was easy. Easy to start. I bought the digital infrared thermometer. That is quite helpful. My first few pizzas cooked a bit too quick (less than three minutes). I will lower the cooking temperature on the next batch of pizzas. The long natural gas line is great. I have a quick connect for my grill. I just disconnect the grill gas line and connect the pizza oven gas line. It takes only a few seconds. This oven will be a bit hit at our summer pool parties.

NG version plenty hot

I have Natural Gas version. Even though NG a little lower in BTU's, the over easily gets to over 900 degrees if it is not too windy, so I'd guess that Propane version even hotter.
You need to turn the oven down to about 3/4 after pre-heating on full or your Pizza will burn on top and not cook in the middle. If you do this, Pizzas will be fine.

Pricy, Good for pizza, a little hard to clean, would love to have a front door to limit the heat loss and even heat distribution specially when used on cold or windy days

The oven is a great addition to my Max pro. The oven heats up quickly and evenly with no issues. The addition of the turning stone is an excellent addition and money well spent.
