So far, so good. I’m impressed with the oven. My main challenge when trying to cook several consecutive pizzas is to keep the stones hot enough to crips the crust before the heat above overcooks the toppings.

Very happy with my purchase. I own an Ooni Karu 16 which works great with wood. Not great with gas because the burner attachment is terrible. So I bought the Ooni Koda 2 Pro. It is awesome for gas cooking!!!

The oven is awesome but I’m not a fan of the dial for the flame at all. If I’m not doing Neapolitan pizza having the ability to dial in a 500°F bake for Chicago tavern or 625°F for a NYC it’s a bit difficult to replicate over and over again for the lower temp range. Typically I preheat for an hour til it’s maxed out then I have to turn the flame completely off to
Get to my desired launch temp via IR thermometer then maintain that heat. It’s kinda annoying to babysit especially when you’re entertaining. I feel that the display and Bluetooth should be giving us stone temp because that display is practically serving no purpose. Why not have temp probe inside the stone?
Also the ooni stone brush you sell. I can’t actively pull the semolina after every pizza so I have to pull the stones out every time I bake to vacuum out the burnt semolina. This is a preventative maintenance nightmare. Every time I pull those stones out there’s a chance to break them.

It's good, but know what you are getting.

It does what it is supposed to do very well. However, it has terrible instructions about how to setup and use the monitorhub. Also it would be nice to have instructions on how to better control the temperature and flame for different purposes.
In general, it is best for Neapolitan pizza (90 seconds of very high heat). Need to experiment a lot to cook slower and other items. Fortunately there's a lot of info in various Reddits.
First pizza was a bit under cooked, second caught fire (need to turn the flame down), third was perfect Neapolitan style.
