Florentine Style pizza maker

This seems best suited to make Chewy Florentine Style pizzas.
Takes about 30+ minutes to heat up to optimal temp and then if one likes anything but the most minimal ingredients, it needs to be turned way down to cook the dough and ingredients without burning the top. Precooking the dough without the ingredients is ok , but it still is not crispy. I’m still experimenting with this unit. Having difficulty with the dough not cooking enough.

Haven’t Been Able to Get Past Seasoning

I received the Koda 2 Pro as a gift from my wife. I set it up and began the seasoning process. After an hour and fifteen minutes the oven temperature showed 460 degrees. Can’t possibly take that long for the oven to get to the max temperature.

My second Ooni, I went for the larger model to gain more flexibility. The ambient temperature monitor is very helpful.

I had the original uuni and upgraded to the Koda 2 Pro. It’s terrific. Love the G2 gas technology - great heat control. Great cooking space. Love the accessories you can get - it really expands my culinary destinations!

Great oven! Two weeks and 20 pires later still same tank of gas!
My only small complaint is the temp gauge doesn't tell you the stone temp however
If you double the reading on the gauge usually close to stone temp .
Truly a great product that makes delicious pizza.
