I have never eaten pizza this delicious. The combination of the oven and the plethora of YouTube tutorials out there got me to a high level of pizza making in short order.
Now I just need to figure out how to scale up my production.

lives up to the hype

Fantastic pizza oven - worth the hype. The size handles a variety of pizzas and other quick cook items - you must have the pizza turner or at least the giant peel where you pull your pizza out of the oven and turn the pizza so the crust cooks evenly. My only complaint is the thermometer is not accurate.

Hot getting hot and Digital thermometer not even close to real temp (Never getting above 450 degrees fahrenheit")

With the temp gauge not working I am unsure I the oven is ready to use even after preheating for over an hour. I honestly have buyers remorse and would consider other brands. I cant even get support without sending pictures of the set up so I have not been able to get help with this issue.

Koda 2 18” could be better

Takes a least 60-90 seconds of holding in knob before thermocouples allow the flame to stay on. Kind of annoying. Also, the digital temp gauge needs to be repeatedly pigged and unplugged before it registers the temp.

The Ooni has definitely improved my pizza. Timing when the stone is ready and how high to have the flame once the pizza goes in is something I need to master. LOVE THIS OVEN!

We bought this oven to use in our pizza trailer, it is used for about 6-7 hours straight for 3 days, works great, ample space inside as we usually make 14” pizzas. Consistent temperature.
