So many things I run will not run on snapdragon. Beware! Everything from Adobe apps to my Brother printer software do not run. Snapd4agon is not ready yet. Why do reviewers never mention this?

Product good Asus warranty sucks

I dropped my computer and cracked the screen. Asus will not honor their extended warranty, because it was bought at best buy. This was not clear at time of purchase, this is bad practice and makes it hard to get repairs.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If what you're looking for is a Windows laptop that is lightweight, decently powerful, and has an insane battery life, this is a great option for you, assuming that you are aware of certain compatibility issues with this chip.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Buyers beware

Do not buy this product and beware of Bestbuy's sneaky business practice. I purchased this on Sept 11 2025 and it is October 3rd 2025. My screen has major cracks and the display does not turn on despite the fact that I have used the laptop twice. I have well taken care of the laptop, so much so that it only stays on my work desk and minimal movement at all since the time I've had it. Never had impact and only runs microsoft apps for school. Despite these Bestbuy refuses to recognize this as manufacturer defect. They're official statement was basically, sucks to be you,
So please beware, I would much rather purchase any electronic product through Memoryexpress at least they stand by their word and they don't treat you like some person who never touched a computer before. The advertisement of this product is beyond falsely leading. Do a quick internet search you will find how incredibly delicately sensitive this laptop is. The slightly touch might just damage it.

I am very pleased at this point with my new laptop. It is so much quicker than my previous one. The performance, size and weight are excellent.
Thank you to Dalton and Chase at the Peterborough, Ontario Best Buy store for their assistance with set up. They were excellent! Thank you to Marvin at the Calgary, Alberta Best Buy store for his assistance to my daughter when purchasing for me. Both sales and service teams have been great.

Light and works well

So far, I'm loving my new Asus Zenbook A14. It's very light and portable, and fast enough for my needs - keeping my business organized, general web browsing, and email. I'm sure it'll be good for watching movies too, as the screen and sound seem good to me.

Great compact laptop

I just needed something for picture storage and to get me online. This is perfect. It's lightweight. The battery life so far is amazing. And it has plenty of storage space. I would recommend for anyone who just needs something small and basic.
