Horrible burner dials tarnish a good grill

We bought this grill because of the versatile features and because of positive experiences with Cuisinart kitchen appliances. When the grill arrived, setup took 2-3 hours and was extremely frustrating. The directions were often unclear leading to mistakes where I had to double back and redo steps.
The worst thing about this grill is the dials that control the burners. They are garbage. I'm having issues with all 5 dials turning properly. They become stuck and control knob pops off. They simply will not rotate through the burner settings high to low. And its not one faulty one, it's all five. It is incredibly frustrating because it ruins what is otherwise a stellar grill.
