Let’s get the party started!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Bluetooth party speaker is a significant upgrade from the typical portable Bluetooth speakers we've used for years. Even though it's the smaller of the two models available, it's still much larger and heavier than I anticipated. With its long-lasting built-in battery, it’s great for use just about anywhere. The audio is crisp, the bass is powerful, and when both your phone and the speaker are at full volume, this speaker is insanely loud. Anything over volume 20, will probably have your neighbors knocking on your door in no time….
The digital display is easy to read and makes it easy to adjust the settings directly on the speaker. The colorful light display is a fun touch, especially at night, though the strobe lights—thankfully optional—are a bit too intense for my taste. This speaker is sure to see plenty of use during summer backyard BBQs and upcoming camping trips.

Compact power for small spaces

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This small speaker BMAX5 packs impressive sound into a smaller and more portable size. It is perfect for bedrooms, living rooms, or smaller hangouts. It has the same responsive buttons, dials, and detailed screen as the larger BMAX10, plus tons of ports (mic, guitar, aux in/out, USB, optical), and you can link speakers with an aux cable. It plays loud and clear, with bass boost and EQ modes for different music styles. The illumination knob lets you toggle the speaker lights off, and it holds a solid charge for hours without being connected to an outlet.
Unfortunately, there is no wireless pairing, no speaker stand mount, and Bluetooth volume doesn’t sync with the speaker’s volume. Also, firmware updates require Windows, and I didn’t notice much difference after updating. I would've also loved to have a swiveling handle instead of the static one, as it makes it easier to carry it and to move around. Still, if you want a compact, high quality speaker that sounds great and gives you pro-level control in smaller spaces, the BMAX5 is a fantastic choice!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to try the new BMAX5 Bluetooth party speaker and I can say Panasonic did it again wow this is a great 😊 speaker the connectivity is very smooth and easy my phone connected fast and starting playing the music 🎶 , the sound quality is amazing very nice surround beat and the quality sound is great, ver portable you can bring it on the go anywhere with it size you can take it anywhere you go and put life in the day with the music, build with great quality and durability love that you can do karaoke 🎤 and use a guitar 🎸 it has soooo many features that I love it, battery life is good and bad the only thing is that it last a good amount of time but if you have a big hours of party definitely connect it to the power because the longitivtiy is not that much overall it’s a great product and Panasonic doesn’t disappoint

Portable Party

The battery lasted about 3 hours without being plugged in. I was impressed with how far I could be from it and it stay connected through Bluetooth. You can bring the party anywhere with this speaker.

Great speaker with great features!

This speaker exceeded my expectations. It’s a great value for the features it has.
I can think of many uses for this unit that I will probably never utilize. Not that they aren’t good features; it’s just that I don’t foresee plugging a microphone into this thing anytime soon.
However, let’s get onto the good stuff. There are many ways to hook your audio up to this speaker. You have Bluetooth, USB, and aux cable. You can also use this speaker with another speaker. So, if you’re doing an event, you can have two speakers playing music at the same time. You can also set each speaker up so that one is playing the left channel and the other the right channel.
Shockingly, I discovered that the speaker also has a microphone jack as well as a guitar jack. I hooked my guitar up to it and played a little bit and the sound that came out was quite impressive. It’s also pretty loud, so I might actually start using this a little bit when I practice guitar in a room other than where my amp lives. It has some basic tonal features for guitar, but you’ll still need to use sound pedals if you want anything interesting. I can see this being a really good thing for a busker to have playing for the public since it’s battery powered.
The DJ lights are a nice touch. You have many options, but I never really see myself ever using it. At the end of the day, this works great for me to play music outside when I have a barbecue. I have every intent to keep using it. I’m quite impressed!
