Great functions that are underwhelming

Purchased roughly a year ago. It's still working and has a lot of functions, but doesn't do any of them well. Our pizza comes out crispy on top and soft on the bottom. Chicken tenders take twice as long as our air fryer and come out soft and not crispy. The only feature that makes this unit worth it, is the auto heat function where it measures humidity. No more guessing on how long to run.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am Very dissatisfied with the Very unstable glass tray. When I put the enamel tray on it, the tray slides & when I try to take the hot item, I just made it slides and can burn me.

Overpriced microwave

I bought this 6 months ago, excited about the multifunctionality. The only function it does moderately well is the microwave, and it turns out not to be very powerful. Maybe to accommodate the other settings? Huge disappointment.

This is our second Panasonic combo oven and I love it! We still use the older one at our TX home, and just bought one for our vacation home in CO. I cook in these more than I use my oven! Highly recommend!

One of the worst purchases I have ever made

Purchased Aug of 2023. Died yesterday. The "middle" door glass shattered overnight. There are 3 sections of glass Outside, middle, and inside. I don't claim to understand why 3 layers but the outside and inside are still perfect. The middle layer shattered line a vehicle windshield. Since it is out of warranty checked price to fix and found I would need to purchase the entire door assy for close to half what I paid for the microwave, and I would have to wait over a month for the part. This is obviously poor design (or build quality.) I have always been very gentile with door closure. This will be the last Panasonic product I purchase as this is just pathetic for such an expensive product. I really suggest you look elsewhere for a microwave. I would add pic's but the site is not allowing them!

Poor quality air fryer

Air fryer does not get hot enough and I can’t even brown bread on the broil setting. A toaster oven works much better. Also, the only knob on the oven has the decal that is peeling off and the oven is only a few months old.
