Remotes/firestick

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't really used the smart TV. As soon as I got my TV I plugged in my firestick because that's what I am comfortable with. I have been having issues with my firestick so I contemplated using the TV but now the remote that came with the TV doesn't work. Some of the buttons don't do anything like the down arrow or menu so it can be challenging. I wish I would have used the TV for its purpose the minute I got it!!
