My great range Bosch gets it right.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love it, range has a variety of burners dependent on what you need, the oven includes a wonderful air fryer as well as convection & traditional baking. The only change i would suggest is the timer should be louder & go off multiple times But to be honest, I'd just leave it off since mist of us just use Alexa or our phone timers.

Expected quality of the range

The quality and finish of this gas range is not as good as I expected. The reason may be that it is made in mexico, quality control there is not very good. One of the grates shakes, it is not leveled. The bottom draw does not slide smoothly. We got it delivered this week, what other issues will be there are yet to be seen.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the range for 2 months and have been very impressed with the temperature regulation of the oven, the burner control on the cooktop, and the additional oven features (that I didn't think I'd ever use). So far it's been performing beyond my expectations. It also looks great!

Great purchase!

I spent a lot of time researching ranges. I found that this range didn't get the credit it deserves on video rankings because it's features aren't as impressive as others at the same price point. But I bought it because 1. It's a true slide in. No poking out. No gap in the back. I gained much needed kitchen space with an oven that's adequately large enough. 2. It's beautuful and seamless! 3. The vent in the back is a larger hole. Most stoves had vents that are tiny holes that only Q-tips could get into - total grease traps! The rangetop is smooth and easy to clean. 4. It covers all the basics plus some perks. I don't need a stove with WiFi. I don't need more settings than I will ever use. I don't want complex electronics to navigate that are going to go out. 5. Quality. This is built so well. The range knobs have a solid metal feel that move smoothly. The oven handle and quality of the door are strong. The grates are solid with no wiggle movement. 6. I own another Bosch appliance that's worked so well. The brand has proven to be reliable.
Function pros and cons...
Pro: it bakes evenly. It has features I'll actually use like proofing and convection. It preheats quickly. Burners are spaced in a way that pans fit well. It's easy to use. The oven can be set to turn off when the timer goes off. It has a fan that kicks on to circulate air to prevent hot spots. The oven door doesn't get overheated.
Cons: 1. the timer is so quiet that's it's not functional. I can barely hear it at the loudest setting just 6 feet away (I do have hearing loss). Out of necessity I will be keeping it on the timer turn off the oven mode and use another timer for foods that need checking otherwise I'll never hear the timer outside the kitchen and burn everything I bake.
2. Middle burner is not powerful enough to truly grill. Maybe it's my griddle as it doesn't come with one. Maybe my expectations were too high. but it took a long time to grill chicken. I'll probably only use that burner for just toasted sandwiches and pancakes.

The cons are so minimal. I only write them so other buyers will know exactly what they are getting since the model is new and few reviews exist. I'm so happy I bought this range! I anticipate it will live up to Bosch's longevity and quality standards.
