HEF1050MU

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We now have an all Bosch appliance kitchen with the recent purchase of the HEF1050MU electric range.
When shoping for a new range I was surprised that the 100 series had so much to offer for the price. We have only had the new range for a little over one month, but so far it has performed perfectly. The only minor complaint, and it has been identified in other reviews, is the oven timer is not very loud. Even though the oven does turn off when it the programmed baking cycle is complete, the well insulated oven holds the heat so missing the timer could add minutes to baking cycle.

Timer beep is too low

If there is any noise in the kitchen (hood fan turned on, cooking sounds...) the beep to indicate that your timer ended can't be heard. I've got the VOL config setting set at the highest level (3).

Inconsistent oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oven is inconsistent for baking. One pan of cookies takes 12 minutes, the next burns in 8. Pies overdone on top while crust is underdone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bosch 100 series electric range
