Look nice. So poorly made. Not solid or smooth function. Very clunky. Ordered as part of a kitchen remodel and did not test in a store prior to purchase. Very dissappointed.

No matter how I have tried I am unable to get the Convection Bake time to work. The timer works fine tho.
The read out screen shows weird lights that doesn't spell out words or numbers for some functions. I dislike the wide grid on the racks. Since it is recommended to use them ALL the time, small items fall through and no other racks are supposed to be used. I've had this microwave/convection for one week. I hope to not find other difficulties. This product was recommended above others by a highly respected store. I'm contacting GE for resolution for my problem. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Wish the capacity was larger but hat us what c sf me with our house. Dislike haven’t to press cancel every time the microwave is done do I csn open the door.

Once the cooking cycle is complete, the Cooking Complete Reminder will beep once every minute letting you know if has finished cooking. To stop the beeping, either press Cancel/Off or open the door. Doing either will end that cooking cycle.

Our 30+ year builtin Jenn-air microwave died during Covid. Waited to now to replace microwave and wall oven. We've only had the microwave a short time but has not disappointed. Used the microwave to heat a cup of coffee, bake cookies and grill cheese toast. Looks great above the Cafe wall oven.

CAFE’ series appliances

We have had GE appliances for years, and have not had the best luck. But the CAFE’ series really struck our eye so we thought let’s give it one more shot. So far, so good!!!! We love them!!!!

Good microwave so far

The microwave functions good so far, have not used the convection oven features yet. I think the keypad is a litle difficult, you have to press the button really hard to get them to function. I think they contract in black and white could be a little better since it's a built-in and lower, it's a little difficult to read the numbers, even with lights on.

Really liked the microwave when it worked. Recently, it randomly resets to a longer time (sometimes several resets) when cooking. A new control panel costs 1/4 of the price of a new microwave. Disappointing.
