We tried convection roasting a chicken. The cafe got so hot to the touch you had to use an oven mitt to open the door. Also, the door had to be replaced within the first two weeks

Works well for 4 years then stops working.

This is the 3rd microwave (same model) since 2017. First one stopped working March 2021. Bought another one. It stopped heating and turntable didn't work. Now this is the 3rd one. They only last 4 year and are very expensive. It's the only one that fits my space.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Really liked the microwave when it worked. Recently, it randomly resets to a longer time (sometimes several resets) when cooking. A new control panel costs 1/4 of the price of a new microwave. Disappointing.

This is our 3rd microwave in 10 years. And u guys only offer a 1 year warranty. We have had so many problems. Scariest one is microwave automatically turns on when we shut the door!

We had this for 2 years and it totally broke. The tray no longer rotates and it no longer heats. For the price should last much longer than 2 years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Extreme machine

We purchased the microwave without me knowing what this thing really was. It's a microwave, I throw in something to warm up and I'm done. The price threw me off, but after getting it set up and watching the Mrs. do her thing, it changed my mind. Convection cooking too? Cooking with it and the bigger jobs are in the new Cafe range cooking. I see time saver. I am a believer now.
