This microwave has broken twice in 5 years. It’s very disappointing for an appliance at this price point.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Microwave Convection Oven

This is a great MW Convection Oven. I cooked a meat loaf, turned out perfect. baked potatoes come out fluffy, scalloped potatoes, good. Everything browns nicely. Defrost works great! Well worth the investment!

Nice looking but breaks constantly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a similar experience as trixie233. The microwave panel lights went out so I replaced the whole board. Then after another few months the turntable started turning on its own so I had a door switch replaced. Then after about 6 months the microwave started running after I closed to door without hitting start, except it would overheat because it was running but the table wouldn’t turn and the fan wouldn’t run. Then one day it was just off and won’t come back on. Not sure if I should just keep buying parts or if it will even come back on. Too expensive to have so many problems.

Doesn’t Match

Worked well. The door lock feature was annoying but got used to it. Main problem for me was it doesn’t match my other major appliances. It’s matte white while all my other cafe appliances are an off white with a semi gloss. Returned.

Stopped working after 3 years. Pulling too much power and flips the breaker. Now it won’t turn on
