Inexpensive, Easy to Install, Works Great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Enjoying our new dishwasher! My husband easily installed it. The only hiccup was solved when we finally went to the internet and found out that the machine will not begin until the water reaches a certain temperature. To reduce the time, they recommended running the hot water from the faucet until it gets hot to the touch. This works, but it is not necessary. For the price, we are very pleased with the way this dishwasher cleans and dries our dishes.

Works quietly

The dishwasher that stopped working was 4 x as much and there were issues with the stainless front. The rust accumulated so bad that our cleaning service didn't even want to try & clean it. Thanks Amana for a wonderful new machine

Poor Followup and Management

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 4 months ago and it failed in three months of minimal use.
It is one month since it failed and it is still not operating.
Poor communication, Backorder parts, minimum followup, and just poor management.
I bought another brand for my home a month ago and decided not to be part of the Amana frustration again !
