So satisfied with my choice

I wanted a simple appliance did not have all the extra gadgets on it that could just malfunction ie wifi connection,..This dishwasher is perfect. Normal and heavy cycles. No finger prints stainless steel. It actual holds more dishes than my old one that was lot more expensive. I really like the extra room on the bottom that allows we to stand up larger plates and platters while still not interfering with the sprayer. I love this choice

Amana Brand New Dishwasher

The technician put it in and said it need a valve my other Dishwasher was a Magtag.i Go through my Home Warranty I had to pay another service fee to the plumber. He changes it.it still does not work.call ef back now I'm speaking to someone Amana sent the pump is Broke
They need to order a part 3 weeks later they can't find a part for a Brand new Dishwasher.Now it's March there coming out on March 17 too look at it...so I should have Bought The May tag.Not Impressed.

Good cleaner even with full loads

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my Amana a month ago based upon customers reviews, and I can now happily add my own good rating to the others. The dishwasher is basic but dependable, quiet, and gets dishes clean that my old dishwasher didn't. The racks give me plenty of room to load a full load, and the dishes all still get clean even when packed fairly tightly. This is a hardworking, capable machine and I am glad to have made the choice to purchase it.

Awesome dishwasher!!!!

Works quietly

The dishwasher that stopped working was 4 x as much and there were issues with the stainless front. The rust accumulated so bad that our cleaning service didn't even want to try & clean it. Thanks Amana for a wonderful new machine

Poor Followup and Management

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 4 months ago and it failed in three months of minimal use.
It is one month since it failed and it is still not operating.
Poor communication, Backorder parts, minimum followup, and just poor management.
I bought another brand for my home a month ago and decided not to be part of the Amana frustration again !
