Works quietly

The dishwasher that stopped working was 4 x as much and there were issues with the stainless front. The rust accumulated so bad that our cleaning service didn't even want to try & clean it. Thanks Amana for a wonderful new machine

Poor Followup and Management

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 4 months ago and it failed in three months of minimal use.
It is one month since it failed and it is still not operating.
Poor communication, Backorder parts, minimum followup, and just poor management.
I bought another brand for my home a month ago and decided not to be part of the Amana frustration again !

Modern and clean interior with great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So thankful and excited to share that Amana and Influenster chose to send me Amana's Dishwasher with Dark Interior, complimentary for testing purposes! My previous dishwasher had a good, long life, but it was showing its age by not cleaning as well, getting smelly inside, and leaving soap residue and spots on the dishes from not drying well. This Amana dishwasher is such an upgrade with none of the previous issues of my old dishwasher. The first thing I fell in love with was the stainless steel exterior. It looks so sleek and has a brushed look that hides fingerprints well. The black buttons are on the front, light up to show the choices, are responsive easily to touch, and are easy to wipe down, unlike the knobs of my old dishwasher. The clean light indicator is also extremely helpful. I appreciate how quiet this dishwasher is when it's running and that it is Energy Star certified. I can finally hear my TV without putting it on full blast while running the dishwasher. Other features I really enjoy are the triple filter wash system. I have no idea how it works, but I rarely have to pre-rinse my dishes now, and they still come out perfectly clean, without the dishwasher getting funky and gross. I haven't noticed any food particles left behind, and no dry spots either! The regular wash and dry cleans and dries everything so well, no spots, no musky smells. It also has a quick wash option and heated dry, in addition to the normal wash and vent dry. I have tried out all these settings, and each has worked well and given excellent results. My favorite feature, though, isn't really a feature at all! It is the dark interior! I absolutely love how modern and clean it looks. I used to have a dishwasher with a white interior, and let me tell you, it showed every single smudge, scratch, and spot of grime. I love how the lighter gray racks complement the dark interior. It sounds silly, but it just looks peaceful because of the similar tones of gay, and overall well-thought-out and more sanitary than white. It also comes off more comforting than the stark white of other dishwasher interiors. I absolutely love this dishwasher. It is budget-friendly but still has the capacity to hold a 12-place setting, performs exactly how I want, and has plenty of practical features.
