[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took a long time to finally choose this model. The design is super slick and the beverage center is my favorite part. The main shelves are a bit limiting but the shelving that fits into the doors has a greater functionality than usual so overall it evens out. You can put items you use frequently on the door shelf above the beverage center then open just that part when you need them - to allow for maintaining the temp easier. It will take a long time to get all the packing materials off and shelving in place - during which time the unit will be straining to get to temp. It will make a small batch of 7 cubes and you may start to lose hope - leave it for 8 hours and it will be ok! The shelves that fit into the right side of refrigerator door are too tight and can’t be fully seated in the holder pegs - awaiting resolution of this issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased the Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator, and while it offers innovative features, there are key considerations for potential buyers. Key Features: This model features a convenient top-mounted refrigerator, advanced ice-making capabilities, and an automatic door opening function. Performance - The Good: Convenient Top Fridge Access: Having the refrigerator on top is incredibly convenient, eliminating bending for everyday items and offering significant ergonomic improvement. Excellent Ice Options: The ice maker is a highlight, with a variety of options, including awesome whiskey ball ice, perfect for entertaining. Automatic Door Feature: The automatic door opening feature is highly useful when hands are full, adding modern convenience. Rapid and Consistent Cooling: The refrigerator cooled quickly and maintains a remarkably consistent, state-of-the-art temperature. Areas for Improvement: Exterior Size vs. Interior Space: Despite being three cubic feet smaller internally than my previous fridge, this model is taller and deeper, making it the first not to fit under my cabinets. I assume this is due to better insulation, though it wasn't specified. Limited Color Customization/Availability: A core "Bespoke" selling point, I've been unable to find color panels in stock or confirm their fit for my specific fridge, which is disappointing. I hope they become available soon. More Drawers Needed: The two existing drawers are quite small, and the refrigerator would greatly benefit from an additional drawer, or at least the option to add one, for better organization. Conclusion & Recommendation: Overall, the Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator is a nice product. It excels in convenience with its top-mounted fridge, impressive ice options, and state-of-the-art cooling. However, buyers should be aware of its bulky exterior and comparatively modest interior space. It's a good choice for those prioritizing ergonomic access, unique ice features, and advanced cooling, provided they have ample kitchen space.

A Smart and Intelligent Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased a new Samsung RM80F23VMRAA refrigerator for my basement mini bar. I loved the stainless steel design of the refrigerator as it complements our white cabinets, and I loved having the refrigerator counter-depth. It fit well in the space.
The Beverage Center is one of my favorite features. I loved having cold flavored water available with the automatic refill internal pitcher, particularly with young kids. The AI Hybrid Cooling function does help keep our food fresh, especially fruits and vegetables that seemed to spoil so quickly in our previous old refrigerator. And this one is so quiet, you can easily forget it is even running.
The double ice maker is a great add-on feature, we like the round ‘whiskey’ ice for entertaining. And the ability to monitor the temperature and energy usage through the SmartThings app is great again for extra convenience.
You can just tell that every single feature was thought through, from the recessed handles to how the refrigerator keeps cold air in when you open the doors. It is Energy Star rated and has a SmartThings AI Energy Mode, making energy consumption easy to monitor and making me feel good about being environmentally friendly. Plus, it has a solid 10-year compressor warranty, letting you know Samsung stands behind this model. Overall, this refrigerator performs exceptionally well and is packed with smart features that truly cater to a family’s needs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung RM80F23VMRAA is amazing so far. It has a ton of space for food in the fridge and in the freezer, items are able to be stacked and organized easily. The water pitcher on the inside refills itself and the water tastes super good, no weird flavor like with other filtered water. The ice is also tasty and a good size. The fun part is the ice maker also makes "whiskey ball" ice which is so cool. The shelves are great quality and feel very durable. The entire refrigerator unit looks very sleek and great quality. The doors are convenient to open and doesn't let air out. Each compartment has space and easy to organize frozen items so everything isn't stacked on top of each other. It's easy to find things in the freezer sections. The drawers pull out far as well so it's not annoying. The ice tray also has a scoop with holder which is nice and convenient. The water filter is easily accessible at the front and looks like it's easy to replace. This refrigerator is already fun to use and it's exciting to open it every time.

A Brilliant Fridge That’s Practically Family

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently got a sleek Samsung RM80F23VMRAA for our basement’s cozy mini bar, and let me tell you, The stainless steel finish is absolutely stunning, blending seamlessly with our crisp white cabinets. Its counter-depth design slots perfectly into the space, making the whole setup look effortlessly sophistication . One feature I can’t stop raving about is the Beverage Center. It’s a total lifesaver with my lively kids always clamoring for drinks. The auto-refill pitcher keeps chilled, flavored water on tap, and they love it as much as I do. The AI Hybrid Cooling system is another standout—it’s like a guardian for our groceries. Fruits and veggies stay crisp and vibrant way longer than they ever did in our clunky old fridge.
The dual ice maker? Genius. We love to serve round "whiskey" ice cubes for grown-up parties—little things like that are just so cool and classy. And the ability to track the temperature of the fridge or energy usage from my phone with the SmartThings app is living in the future.
Every little thing appears to be well thought out, from the streamlined recessed handles to how it retains cold air when you open the door. It's Energy Star rated, and SmartThings AI Energy Mode lets me track power usage, which reassures me a little about my carbon footprint. Plus, the 10-year compressor warranty assures me that Samsung stands behind its product. This is more than a kitchen appliance—it's a thoughtful, high-capacity addition to our household.#SamsungREFInsidersFeb

Pretty Good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using my new fridge for a few weeks now. At first, I didn't like it because it seems to fit half the amount of food than my last fridge. For Thanksgiving, I will probably have to buy a small fridge for garage just to put my food because this new one won't fit it. Other than being too small, I love the modern look of it and the non smudge surface. It is counter depth so it looks better and saves space. I love the beverage door to get drinks and use the water dispenser. I haven't even turned on the ice maker because it only makes big ice and I like crushed ice. The automatic door opening is pretty nice although the doors don't close easily and I often have to walk back to close them again. The shelf space in the fridge is pretty hard to fit my large casserole dish that I often use. I've started using my smaller sized containers to fit food and I'm trying to buy the bare minimum when I go grocery shopping. The produce drawers hardly fit anything. One is full of just cheese and the other one fits like 2-3 packages of produce at a time. This fridge must not have been designed with healthy eaters in mind. The door shelves in the fridge are deeper than my old one which makes products hard to find since they can be buried behind other things. I love the four doors on this fridge because I can just open a small section at once and not let out so much cold air. Everything seems cold and fresh inside the fridge. I don't notice any bad smells or food going bad. So far, I like this fridge other than the small size.

AMAZING but with some quirks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, this is an Excellent Product and Highly Recommended if you are looking for a counter-depth unit with a clean design. There’s lots to like here!
Pluses: Sleek Monolithic Design with changeable panels as in other Samsung Bespoke Appliances. It’s a beautiful - ultra-clean refrigerator design. The removable panels enable you to easily change the finish and color, adapting to or to freshening up, your kitchen.
Surprisingly usable capacity, considering it's a 23 cu.ft. Counter Depth Refrigerator. Everything is laid out well
UV Deodorizing Filter works well.
Beverage Center is useful and allows quick access to water and a pitcher to take out, while keeping the exterior design clean.
Ice Maker works well, making good-looking and plentiful ice.
Whiskey Ball Icemaker is AMAZING and a must for any “On The Rocks” drinker.
Auto-Open is VERY useful and allows you to open the doors with the slightest touch of a small lit sensor located at the base of each refrigerator door.
Excellent interior lighting makes it easy to find items.
The back of the interior of the refrigerator is finished in a premium brushed stainless steel finish, said to help keep the fridge cool while the doors are open.
Door bins easily hold gallon milk containers, making it easy to get and replace.
Plastic trim around the perimeter of the doors will hold magnets to keep the front clean. We use it to hold the Magnetic Alexa Remote Control.
Integrated to Alexa and Google Home seamlessly via SmartThings App - albeit with limited functionality. Everything worked and paired the first time with no hiccups, which is rare!
Minuses:
You will need to get accustomed to the handleless design to minimize fingerprints. The handles are in a slot between the fridge and freezer doors. Closing doors is a bit more challenging due to this design. It would be cool if it had an Auto-Close function to make this easier.
I found the “smart” features very limited in usefulness.
The smart item inventory and expiration tracking features are limited in their usefulness due to the lengthy process of initially cataloging items. The app should include a barcode reader/scanner to make it more user-friendly for cataloging items.
Bixby voice control doesn’t operate the auto door open function, which would be one of the only useful voice control features.
I wish the beverage center also managed the ice, but I’ve had that design in the past, only to have issues, so I get it.

Sleek and Functionally Amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned a previous Samsung fridge for over 10 years, and when I heard that the Bespoke line was significantly improved, I had to try it out. I’m very happy I did.
Transitioning from my previous 29 cu. ft. fridge to this 23 cu. ft. counter-depth fridge was much easier than expected, thanks to the more efficient use of space. No more having things "disappear" into the back of the fridge where they’re difficult to see or reach. Everything is well-organized and easy to see, especially with the fantastic interior lighting. All the shelves and interior compartments are very easy to remove and clean. The auto-open doors are a cool addition, though I occasionally trigger them accidentally. Still, they’re very cool nonetheless.
The beverage center is a welcome feature, though it’s been around for a while. What I was really excited about was the freezer, where I no longer have to deal with the dreaded freezer drawer. Stacking everything in my previous freezer drawer was quite annoying, but now, with this new fridge, everything is easily accessible, organized, and a massive quality-of-life improvement. The best change, hands down, has to be the ice maker—it's now located in the freezer, which hopefully means it will last much longer. I’m also thrilled about the whiskey ball ice, which will be greatly enjoyed when hosting gatherings.
Lastly, this fridge has the new AI-hybrid cooling technology with an AI inverter, and so far, it’s performing well. I’m happy to see improvements in efficiency, and I hope this enhances longevity as well.
Overall, I’m very pleased with the improvements Samsung has made. I’m really enjoying this fridge and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an efficient, sleek, and cool (no pun intended) refrigerator.
