Horrible brand horrible products

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Horrible experience from the start. Trusted Samsung again and let me down again. Fridge won’t connect to internet spent 8 hours on the phone troubleshooting… no resolution. Won’t produce ice and it’s brand new. Garbage.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

AI Vision Useless

This is a very nice looking refrigerator but if I was to buy it again, I would have skipped one with AI Vision (i've now turned this off). The photo quality looks like it's from 2000, the resolution is insanely low on them and half the time you can't even tell what it is. This isn't specific to the pictures it takes when you add/remove something which is a whole other issue (I have 8 pictures of milk from all different angles). Back to the camera, even using the Smart Thing App to look at the door storage you can barely tell what you are looking at.
Another issue I have is the dual ice maker. While I appreciate having so much ice, I honestly don't see the point of having 2 sizes of the same type of ice. The larger ice is pretty small to begin with. They should have made the "ice bites" crunchy ice like at some restaurants; extra small ice pellets really serve no purpose.
My last complaint is the auto-open doors which I've also turned off, first of all the doors only open 3/4 of the way and by the time they do open you could have easily just opened them fully by hand. It's also annoying that when you do go to open them by hand the auto-door tends to activate at the same time.
With the above issues out of the way, this refrigerator isn't a total bust. The Beverage center is awesome and love the auto-fill putcher. Also, the amount of space in this frig is crazy.
The AI Home screen is decent and as a Samsung phone/tablet family its fits right in and works well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

To maximize its function, refer to page 61 of the user manual for instructions on how to utilize this feature effectively. The ice maker offers you the option to choose between regular ice cubes that melt more slowly and ice bites to chill your drink faster. With regards to the Auto-Open Door function of your fridge, the door opening angle depends on the following: 1) The level of the floor (left to right, front to back) where the refrigerator is installed. 2) The level of the refrigerator. 3) The amount of food stored in the door bins. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is more then I could have ever hoped for. The design is modern and thought through. The beverage station is really easy to use and my kids love being able to quickly grab their drinks. I love that it has the two different sizes of ice cubes, the little scooper makes it more fun. The screen functions very well and was easy to connect to our other apps like ring. Anytime someone rings the doorbell, our ring app pulls up a live view of the person at the door. My kids love being able to see who is there when we are not home. We also have it connected to our amazon music, which makes cooking and cleaning a bit more fun. The smart things app connected with it without a problem. Overall setup was really quick and easy and both refrigerator and app where easy to navigate through. I highly recommend this refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently got the Samsung RF90F23BECRAA fridge and overall, I’m pretty happy with it. It’s spacious, cools efficiently, and the smart features are impressive. It can track what you put inside, take photos of the interior, and even lets you watch YouTube on the display. The AI adjusts settings based on usage and sends helpful alerts through the SmartThings app. The FlexZone adds great versatility. My only complaint is the shelf quality—especially in the ice compartment, where they feel a bit flimsy. Still, a solid 4/5.
