It has changed my sleep and stress outlook!

Before I would use the dim lamps and lights to illuminate my winding down of the day. But with the different lights and the sounds I am able to create a space to achieve that. In doing so, it has changed the way I interact with stress and addressing stress. I really wish that there was an affordable travel version of the hatch, because that the times when I realize it the most that I am missing my Hatch and the set regime it artificially creates for me and that supports my sleep and stress.

Amazing sleep! I continue to rave about it to friends and family. I was using my restore for a little over a year, now have the restore 2 and have noticed a difference in the sounds quality and the new perks with the upgrade. Still using my alarm every single night.

Look for Others Like This Cheaper/Better

The app isn't the easiest to work around. No way to set timer for rest sounds at night.. you have to stay awake to reach over and shut off. If there's a timer, I could not find it. With Rise colors ... why? With eyelids closed, don't see anything. All in all; definitely not worth price and then further cost for "more" choices?
